The Conrad Consulting Group, LLC was established in 2004 by Dr. Jarik E. Conrad to help individuals solve complex people-related challenges through an innovative approach to human dynamics. The organization provides keynote speaking, training, coaching and consulting services.

Emotional intelligence is central to effective leadership. Emotional intelligence is particularly important for solving challenging people-related issues. So much in politics, religion and business involves battles between two seemingly opposite ends of the spectrum. Emotional intelligence, the ability to recognize and manage one’s emotions while simultaneously understanding and responding to the emotions of others, represents the best opportunity for individuals to meet in the middle where honest, open dialogue can occur.
